Photo of veteran, flag found along I-580 in Livermore, reunited with family, California Highway Patrol says
CHP texted ABC7 News saying the veteran’s family had contacted them about the flag and photo, and they were able to return it.
Family members said she was lost when a box fell from a moving truck on the expressway and was too dangerous to retrieve.
