Nitin Gadkari inaugurates 19 national highway projects in Rajasthan and Haryana

In a major development movement, Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) inaugurated 19 national highway projects worth Rs 1,407 crore in Haryana and Rajasthan on March 9.

With the construction of these projects, tourism, agriculture, industry and trade will increase along with the increase in employment in the states. Time and fuel will be saved and pollution will be reduced. Construction of a U-turn near Ambience Mall will relieve congestion at the Delhi-Gurugram border. Construction of various sky bridges on the Delhi-Jaipur expressway will relieve traffic congestion on the expressway. With the construction of various major and minor bridges on the NH-48, the adjacent areas will be freed from congestion and the movement of people will be smooth. Dharuhera town will get rid of the traffic jam with the construction of the Dharuhera-Bhiwadi link road. Also, with these projects, travel between Delhi and Jaipur will be reduced.

Union Minister of State General VK Singh, Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar, Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok GehlotDeputy CM of Rajasthan Rao Inderjit Singh, Deputy CM of Haryana Dushyant Chautala, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathor, Ramcharan Bohra and other Ministers of State along with MPs and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
